Try Mysore!
Would you like to visibly improve your yoga practice? Would you like to have more one-to-one interaction with your yoga instructor during class? Then why don’t you try one of our Ashtanga Mysore classes? Ashtanga Mysore is a unique style of yoga class thanks to its different approach. While students in the class are practicing sequences of asanas in their own pace, our trained mysore teachers (Paul Fox or Emma Lindsay) provide one-to-one advice and corrections. Thus students have the unique opportunity to receive personalised guidance and physical adjustment to improve their practice. Due to this personal approach, our students are able to learn Ashtanga postures on a deeper level and to notice improvements faster.
Penny Hall, a regular in our Ashtanga Mysore class said: ‘I find it to be such an amazing way to practice yoga.
