All classes labelled VIRTUAL are an online/live streamed class. When you book your class, you’ll get a booking confirmation email, this will contain the link to the class. In addition to this you will get another email 1hr before the class with a reminder and the link.

All those registered for the online class will have access to the recording for 7 days after the day of the class. You will get an email with the link when it’s ready, you can also view all recorded classes when you login and click “Watch Video”.

We have a wide variety of ways to pay. A one-off class is £7.50, you can also purchase a membership or pack of credits. Please see our comprehensive pricing guide here.

We would recommend having your camera on for the class. This will allow the teacher to give you tips or assistance in postures and give you a more personal experience. Ultimately, it’s up to you!

We record most of the sessions so that those who can’t join online at the time can catch up afterwards. We never record students’ practising, it’s always focused on the teacher. If on a rare occasion, the teacher wants to spotlight your video they will check with you before the class.

Your teachers will not be looking at your surroundings, they will be looking at you!

• If the link isn’t working, try entering the Meeting ID and password instead
